My name is Dawid Lapa and I'm a culinary art student in Waterford Institude of Technology.
Since I was a young boy I had a passion in cooking. I started my culinary journey over three years ago when I started working as a chef in Dooley's Hotel.
As everyone knows, the taste of a dish is very important but so is the presentation. In this blog I will concentrate on the presentation of food and also the difference between Irish and Polish dishes.
