German Cuisine

For my assignement in college I was chosen to write about Germany Cuisine.  I found it very fascinating as its similar to the Polish Cuisine,  in fact it has alot of similar if not the same dishes.  German Cuisine is very heavy as in they use alot of fat and they love their use of meat and potatoes.
